- Revision policy
Our client can ask for revision within 48 hours of project submission. We respect our clients and deliver up to their needs and requirements.
- Refund policy
Client can ask for refund for both logo designing and website development within three days after submission of project. If we fail to meet your expectations and requirements then we can refund up to 100% of your amount. (**Terms and conditions may apply)
You can ask for refund under the following conditions:
- We fail to deliver complete project within time
- We did not designed the website/ product that meets your requirements
- Our support is not helping you for communicating your issues
- The product/website delivered has too many flaws and error that our support fails to inform you about
- Refund agreement
Refund agreement would be made at the time of making the deal. If any of the party disobeys the agreement then heavy penalty would be fined according to the rules and regulations of the company and the deal. Any legal actions would be taken if required
- Submission of refund request
Refund request can be filed through either email, skype or our live support sessions.
- QA policy
Our expert designers cannot make a huge mistake of delivering a different design than that has been agreed upon at start. If so happens you may contact as soon as possible to inform us.
- Customer satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is our foremost priority. We provide multiple revisions on the product being delivered. If you need any changes to be made to your website then you can feel free to ask for revisions.
- Delivery policy
The website/product will be delivered you counting on the working days. The days off will not be considered in the process of delivery and we inform our clients about the delivery and submission to keep them updated with the situation.

We have no rules for sharing any client information to any third party at any cost and in any case. We just share the bank account information which is just used for transactions and the banks too have strict policies for sharing any info with any third party.
